Orders placed are a request for a supply or delivery until confirmed by us as accepted, usually after payment has been received and the dates and times agreed.
In the unlikely event that the colour scheme you have chosen is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
All balloon deliveries are checked before we leave to ensure that the helium balloon arrangements are complete and up to standard. Any balloons that have burst in transit are replaced on site. We cannot take responsibility for the balloons once we have left the venue.
Returns and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied in anyway with goods sent to you, then please contact us within 7 days. Subject to the above paragraph regarding balloon deliveries, damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full upon return of the damaged item to us. Any other complaints please contact us or telephone 07977 016 968, and we will do our utmost to insure your satisfaction.
Useful hints
Cold air can make your balloons seem under inflated, once the room warms up the helium will expand and the balloon will re-inflate. Similarly avoid exposing helium balloons to direct sunlight and extreme heat as this will make the helium expand and burst your balloons.
